  Gym is small.dont believe anything they say.tell you no contract but change the story when you walk in.they have 13.95 a month advertised but again when you walk in its 14.95.they will scam you.stay away from plus fitness

  My favourite part of the gym is the two ladies only room! Gives me confidence to work out without feeling awkward. There's plenty of parking, the staff are friendly and equipment is brand new. Not even a stone's throw away from the station!

  The Gym is centrally located right in the heart of Punchbowl (close to El-Jannahs) and the staff are both friendly and knowledgeable.

  I have been a user and purveyor of gyms for the best part of 12 years and I have to say the brand new facilities at Punchbowl Plus Fitness is second to none. The attention to detail and focus on quality throughout the gym induces raging muscle pumps that are hard to fathom, let alone contain. Coupled with the friendly service, 24 hour access and a pittance of a fee there is no reason for you not to wet your pants

  Amazing gym! Very spacious with brand new equipment. Super impressed with the stair master machine and the vertical leg press machine. So lit mann! Definitely the best in the area with the best music! It keeps you motivated throughout your entire session. The best thing is it's 24/7. I recommend giving it a try, you won't go anywhere else for a local gym.
