  Absolutely appalling behaviour from Dr zahidul alam, i have never in my life had the misfortune to encounter such an arrogant disrespectful human being in my life. Patients who come to you have enough to deal with in terms of medical ailments and hardships, the last thing they need is to be made to feel like insignificant burdens. Do not go to this doctor if professionalism is what your after. shame on you. Being a doctor does not give you the right to disregard other people. Punchbowl family health would be wise to terminate your employment to retain the integrity of the center. You have a moral and ethical duty of care towards all your patients both physically and psychologically. You have absolutely no issue billing the Australian Government for a service you refused to provide. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

  Dr Nizam Udin is the best GP in Australia. He is a true medical genious. Clinical diagnosis ability which is amazing. Knowledge i have only seen in Professors of medicine.And Ayesha the receptionist is excellent. They also have the best physiotherapist, Nadyne. She has the hands of a goddess. My lower back was killing me for a month, she did her thing and I was 100% OK in just one session.

  I visited Punchbowl family medical centre and found the staff and nurses very professional I was particularly impressed by Dr Zahidul Alam who really took an interest in my well being , Dr Alam made me feel ease explained the procedure and possible complications in details and made my options very clear to me I found the nurse welcoming and professional in there manner

  No use of having appointment because I really do not know how they sort that out. I got an appointment at 12pm and waited for nearly two hours beyond that. What a professionalism.

  Dr, Uddin, Dr, Alam there is so many good doctors are avalable and as a reciptonist Fahmi is great some Drs spend some extra times with some of critical patients so some times appointment times get changed due to the patient situations we have to understand and compromise that part they cannot left behind the high priority patients most of the Dr's are great and as a consultant they are the best.
