  My $8000 wedding dress NEVER arrived at my new home. I am absolutely devastated. I took out insurance with them as part of the move, I have tried to follow up with them, it has now been weeks and I have not heard anything from Lorne. Who, when I spoke to him last was completely unprofessional and said something along the lines of 'It's not like my guys would have a need for a wedding dress'. I never said, nor implied that anyone had stolen it, just that it never made it from Sydney to Byron Bay. I am so upset by this.

  The move from NSW to Tasmania was brilliant every step of the way. Nothing broken, nothing missing. I recommend them completely.

  I love this company and what they did for me and my family. I never have to worry again, from the very beginning, wrapping plates, cups & saucers, the kids toys, our valuables..... They absolutely took care of everything.

  Worst removalist company I have dealt with. Charged me double their quote because they had "underestimated the amount of goods", "lost" a new Namco filing cabinet ("so what, they're a dime a dozen"..actual quote, and never got compensation), and two old guys who I had to help load and unload a Sydney to Canberra move because they were so old (and I'm 70!). We used Kent Removalists for the second part of our move and they were fantastic. Do not use this company, and I bet this review will be removed!!!
